Job summary

A leading company is seeking an SAP Training & Development Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive training strategies for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting. Qualifications

Job description

Our client is looking for an SAP Training & Development Specialist

End Date : December 22, 2025

Location : Calgary / REMOTE

Duration : 6 months

The Training & Development Specialist will spearhead the development, coordination, and delivery of end-user training for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting; and Procure-to-Pay capabilities within the Procurement function. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that facilitates the adoption of Ariba solutions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a robust training strategy for SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contract modules tailored to a variety of end-user audiences.
  • Design, create, and deliver training materials including job aids, user guides, e-learning and presentations; for instructor-led and virtual sessions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to customize training content to suit different user groups’ experience levels and roles.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using adult learning techniques to ensure high knowledge retention and practical application.
  • Collaborate with procurement and project teams to incorporate continuous feedback into training materials and delivery methods.
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments and stakeholder feedback; and implement adjustments for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in delivering adult education and learning principles in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record in deploying training programs, including the development and rollout of training strategies in a large, complex organization.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, video creation software, and LMS Platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments. Tech Exp ( Nice to have)

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
