EY is seeking an Onboarding Lead (Manager or Senior Consultant) to join its HR Technology practice in Toronto. You will guide onboarding engagements, architect SAP SuccessFactors onboarding solutions, and partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver personalized, scalable onboarding journeys.

You will lead workshops, drive design and implementation, and mentor junior consultants while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.

• Strong understanding of onboarding processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors onboarding.
