The opportunity

EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – SAP Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are seeking an individual with experience leading SAP projects, driving sales pursuits, and helping grow our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

The SAP Solution Architect brings deep SAP functional and technical knowledge across the SAP S / 4HANA stack to deliver robust, end-to-end SAP enabled processes and solutions to clients. Core responsibilities include :

• Designing end-to-end SAP-enabled processes and solutions, managing all integration points across SAP functional areas
• Collaborating with SAP functional teams to design, build, and implement complex cross-functional SAP solutions
• Ensuring consistency and quality of solutions across SAP workstreams
• Supporting SAP functional teams in evaluating and designing custom development (RICEFW) solutions
• Leading SAP ‘Phase 0’ projects, including developing deployment strategies and technology roadmaps
• Collaborating with reporting, BASIS, development, data, and testing teams
• Leading business development activities, including RFP pursuits and developing SAP assets and offerings

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 10+ years’ experience with multiple SAP or similar ERP implementations in a solution architect role
• SAP Energy sector experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with clients daily
• Ability to work with diverse teams and foster an inclusive environment
• Experience with proposal writing and delivering presentations
• Interest in staying updated on SAP and project management trends
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professionalism and strong work ethic to handle evolving client needs

The salary range in British Columbia is $120,500 to $216,000, with individual compensation determined by education, experience, skills, and location.
