Join to apply for the SAP SD Functional Analyst role at Domtar

Overview

Reporting to the Manager IT - SAP Operations, in this role you will collaborate with key business resources and colleagues to provide SAP Functional support for SAP ERP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules. Your technical skills are essential for troubleshooting and resolving issues in projects and support environments. You will also support users and other IT groups across multiple SAP production instances.

Your Responsibilities

1. Understand business needs and assess impacts of changes.
2. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Capture, analyze, document business requirements.
4. Evaluate requests for impacts on other modules and categorize them appropriately.
5. Develop test plans and scenarios, perform testing phases.
6. Coordinate implementations, document solutions, and manage change requests.
7. Ensure compliance with audit policies and controls.
8. Provide Level 1 and 2 support for SAP environments.
9. Be available during business hours and as needed after hours.
10. Share knowledge and support colleagues.
11. Communicate issues, requests, and solutions effectively.

Your Skills and Qualifications

1. Bilingual in French and English.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
3. Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role within an Order-To-Cash environment, with SAP SD and EDI experience.
4. Experience configuring SAP modules related to Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and integration points.
5. Experience with interfaces, reporting, workflows, and conversions.

Preferred Assets

• Experience with SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and EDI formats.
• Knowledge of the Pulp & Paper industry.
• Experience with LSMW, WinShuttle, SAP Solution Manager, and EDI transmissions.
