Job summary

Air Canada in Toronto is seeking a seasoned Product Manager (SAP Release Manager) to lead end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of SAP releases across DEV to PROD environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including AMS, SAP specialists, Basis, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring release milestones, testing, cutover, and production stabilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Release Management, SAP delivery, SAP landscape/environment management, or a comparable enterprise technology role.
Experience coordinating complex releases across SAP development, testing, pre-production, and production environments.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the integrated SAP release calendar across projects and maintenance activities.
Plan and coordinate major, minor, and emergency releases with milestones and readiness criteria.
Coordinate release scope and dependencies across multiple teams and vendors to ensure successful deployments.
