Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (SAP PP/QM) to lead delivery of SAP services across Production Planning and Quality Management.

You will define delivery strategy, manage projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget implementations and ongoing support. The ideal candidate possesses deep SAP expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive service levels, process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, CS, IT, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10 years of experience or 2 full implementation cycles in S/4/HANA PP/QM modules (or ECC equivalent).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and QM, ECC equivalents.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP PP/QM module for North America.
• Manage projects, system enhancements, and end-user support.
• Coordinate with internal teams, IT partners, users, and vendors.
• Oversee testing, upgrades, migrations, and implementations of new functions.
• Define technical/functional standards and ensure requirements are met.
• Drive process improvements and roadmap planning for PP/QM.
