Job summary

Stella-Jones, a leading North American producer of infrastructure products, is seeking a senior SAP PP/MM Business Analyst to own an enterprise-grade SAP environment. You will bridge IT and operations while guiding the S&OP evolution across manufacturing operations.

In this remote, high-impact role, you will drive S/4HANA rollout, configure PP/MM modules, partner with operations leadership, and collaborate with AMS partners to align SAP best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in PP and MM modules.
• S/4HANA experience: practical implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong S&OP understanding with practical guidance through adoption.
• Deep manufacturing and supply chain knowledge: plant operations, BOMs, inventory, and demand planning.
• Excellent English communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SAP PP/MM landscape within a senior capacity.
• Architect and configure scalable designs across PP (Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, MRP) and MM (Procurement, Inventory, Valuation).
• Lead S/4HANA rollout, optimization, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Bridge IT and Operations with BE, plant planners, and AMS partners to align SAP best practices.
• Integrate and plan future tools like IBP within PP/MM/SD/FICO roadmap.
