Our Toronto-based client is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Specialist to join their organization on a full-time permanent basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact number of on-site and remote days to be confirmed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, attendance/absence codes, work schedules, vacation accruals, and collective agreement configurations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and implement SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, develop, test, and implement SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions using best practices.
- Provide ongoing support by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- SAP Certification in HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
- Hands-on experience configuring schema rules, system configurations for collective agreements, CATS, Time Recording, Time Evaluation, and ESS-MSS/Fiori Apps.
- Experience testing support packs and supporting year-end processes.
- Integrations experience with SAP modules and third-party applications such as staff scheduling, benefits systems, ServiceNow, Winshuttle, etc.
- Experience with SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Performance & Goals is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities within SAP and SuccessFactors domains.
- Maintain system integrity and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Create and maintain documentation, test plans, and support user acceptance testing.
- Manage support package updates and SAP notes application.
- Provide expertise for integrating systems and developing end-user training.
- Maintain and upgrade relevant skills and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of technology and business processes, with the ability to integrate functional and technical views.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
