Location: Toronto, ON, Canada or Remote

06-12+ Months Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP Payroll processes including Canada Payroll, T4, Overtime, Benefits Plan, Tax adjustments, Record of Employment (ROE), year-end programming, and prepaid deductions.
• Provide expertise in analysis, design, configuration, and testing of SAP payroll functionality for one or more countries.
• Communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus for supporting various countries.
• Understand cultural nuances and their impact on communication.
• Manage own workload effectively with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of the Global Payroll model.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and team structures.
• Follow established processes and guidance, making sound decisions even in ambiguous situations.
• Be a self-starter with strong initiative and learning agility.
• Work efficiently under stress in a dynamic environment.
