Job summary

Technitask, a Canadian IT management and SAP-focused firm, is seeking an experienced Maximo Architect to lead integration and asset management design for large projects.

The role requires 8+ years in solutions design and a strong track record with IBM Maximo Asset Management, security, data architecture, and scalable deployments. This is a 24-month contract with a hybrid work model (1 day onsite in Brampton, ON) and background check.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in CS or equivalent.
• 8+ years of related experience with architecture design, engineering, and software architecture.
• Design robust, secure interoperability through integration approaches.
• 5+ years with IBM Maximo Asset Management including asset lifecycle modules.
• Experience on large projects with data, security, and resilient systems design.
• Familiarity with various architectural and asset management technologies/frameworks.
• IBM Certified Maximo Advanced Deployment Professional – Asset Management.

What you’ll need

Mandatory Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary education in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of related and progressive experience, preferably architecture experience in solutions design, technical design, engineering and software architecture design, database design and EAM (IBM Maximo) platforms.
• Proven ability to design integration approaches and solutions to achieve robust, secure interoperability.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with IBM Maximo Asset Management including asset life cycle including inventory, contracts, purchasing, resources, work management, preventive maintenance and security.
• Experience implementing solutions on large projects with solid understanding on data, security, resilient systems design, integration and application development.
• Solid experience with a variety of architectural and asset management technologies/frameworks.
• IBM Certified Maximo Advanced Deployment Professional – Asset Management

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Public Sector Enterprise Asset Management methodologies and frameworks.
• Agile Project/Program Management.
• IBM Certified Maximo Solution Architect
