Job summary

Shaerp Next is seeking an experienced MDM Lead to drive a global master data program across multiple markets. You will deploy standardised Customer and Product/Material Master Data processes and ensure data quality through implementation.

Key responsibilities include coordinating data cleansing, migration and validation, enabling UAT, and working with global teams to manage requirements, risks and deliverables. Mandarin Chinese and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale, multi-market transformation or SAP implementation programmes (FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Customer and Product/Material Master Data.
• Understanding of SAP master data processes across MM, SD and FI.
• Experience with data cleansing, migration, validation and UAT.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Fluent English and professional Mandarin Chinese.

• Support the deployment of a global master data blueprint, balancing standardisation with local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate data cleansing, migration and validation to ensure readiness for go-live.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues and support their resolution.
• Work with global teams and local markets to manage requirements, risks and deliverables.
• Support go-live, hypercare and the adoption of new processes.
• Promote strong data governance, quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale, multi-market transformation or SAP implementation programmes, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong functional knowledge of Customer and Product/Material Master Data.
• Understanding of SAP master data processes and transactions across MM, SD and FI.
• Experience with data cleansing, migration, validation and UAT.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English and professional Mandarin Chinese.

Experience with SAP MDG, data profiling tools, Agile or DevOps is an advantage.
