The work:
• Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs or improvement programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• This role is in our local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week

Here's what you need:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or equivalent industry experience.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP BW/4HANA, Native HANA, HANA XSA, BOBJ, and AFO technical experience

• Must have BW/4HANA conversion experience (Shell conversion experience preffered).

• Data Extraction using S/4HANA datasources including CDS datasources

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, or AMS/AD support

• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

• You know everything there is to know about SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA processes

• You have experience with CDS Datasources

• You're familiar with SAP front-end tools such as Bex Query Designer, BO WEB Intelligence,BO Crystal Reports or SAP Analytics Cloud

• You're familiar with ABAP programming and its use for BW/4HANA - No need for programming experience but ABAP understanding is required

• You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objectives, and configure the solution and tools

• You're an ace at delivering BW/4HANA solutions from start to finish (Analysis, estimation, development, testing, UAT, implementation, support.)

• You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment

• You have knowledge with SAP Datasphere and/or Azure Databrick
