Job summary

Bento Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Team Member in Winnipeg, MB. You will clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, walls, tables, and floors, ensuring a safe and hygienic production area.

The role requires lifting up to 23 kg, a high school diploma, and basic English skills. WHMIS is a plus. Benefits include health and retirement plans, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, walls, tables, and floors using chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of office area and staff cafeteria.
• Perform inspection of equipment, utensils, etc. to ensure not broken/missing parts and intact.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials as required.
• Test sanitizer concentrations with paper strips.
• Complete sanitation records on a daily basis.
• Follow company’s written SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Advise management of any sanitation related deficiencies.

Location and hours

• ManitobaFood Factory: 9-1393 Border St, Winnipeg, MB R3H 0N1 | Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Weekend Availability)

Responsibilities

The Sanitation Teammate is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, walls, tables, and floors using chemicals.

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, walls, tables, and floors using chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of office area and staff cafeteria.
• Perform inspection of equipment, utensils, etc. to ensure not broken / missing parts and intact.
