WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage all salon operations, providing leadership and tools for success.
• Lead by example to help your staff increase their clientele and the business, focusing on profitability and teaching stylists the ins and outs of business.
• Perform all hair care services offered by Magicuts, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.
• Act as a coach and mentor to foster a positive work environment and bring out the best in employees.
• Handle hiring, recruitment, training, conflicts, and client complaints professionally.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• Lead by example with excellent customer service and professionalism in resolving challenges.
• Ability to develop your team, create a positive environment, and focus on business and technical excellence while keeping the salon's bottom line in mind.
• Current cosmetology or barber license as per state/provincial regulations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with administrative skills, including closing out systems at day's end.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Availability for mandatory meetings and training, including overnight travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good eyesight for observing hair, including close and color vision, and ability to focus.
• Comfortable staying active, standing, lifting, and reaching; occasional lifting of 10-25 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.
