With years of experience in the industry, our skilled team specializes in home renovations, restaurant build-outs, office remodeling, and custom design solutions.

Role Description

Amro General Contracting is seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong background in the renovation or restoration industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential clients across residential, commercial, and restoration sectors
  • Present our design and renovation services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner
  • Conduct client site visits and consultations regularly
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate closely with our design and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitors through ongoing market research
  • Contribute to sales strategies and business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have a car and valid driver’s license – this role is heavily field-based
  • Strong background in renovation, construction, or restoration industry
  • Proven track record in sales or client relationship management
  • Self-driven, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Preference will be given to female candidates, as part of our commitment to team diversity and client engagement
  • Must be comfortable being outdoors and on the move throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of market research and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
