Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Test Lead (nCino) for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce integration, managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr, and some exposure to nCino. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in large Canadian banking and financial enterprise clients.

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA testing
• Experience with Salesforce integration
• 3+ years managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Talend (version 7 or 8)
• Exposure to nCino, especially within financial services and automation contexts
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing
• Previous experience in the financial industry (FI)

The candidate should have an understanding of nCino and experience in financial services.

Top Priorities (First 3-6 months): Understanding the organization and assisting with Salesforce testing.

Critical Success Factors: Critical thinking, testing scenarios (positive and negative), communication skills, and scenario execution.

Testing Focus: Manual testing primarily.

Typical Daily Activities:

• Develop test scenarios and queries for in-house applications, database-level, and end-to-end testing scripts
• Plan test schedules and strategies within project scope and delivery timelines
• Create dashboards and reports for sprints and releases
• Design testing programs addressing database impacts, software scenarios, and usability
• Identify, analyze, and document issues with program functions, outputs, screens, or content
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track progress
• Document software defects using bug tracking systems and report to developers
• Maintain databases of known test defects
