The Salesforce Lead Developer role entails:

• Leading, mentoring, and growing a cross-functional team of developers, QA analysts, and test automation specialists.
• Designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Ensuring optimal use of Salesforce features and functionalities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Managing project tasks, priorities, and deliverables within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Maintaining code quality, security, and performance through reviews and testing.
• Integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
• Providing technical mentorship and guidance to team members.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 7+ years as a Senior Salesforce Developer, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Salesforce Application and/or Systems Architect certification(s).
• Experience with Agile methodology and Salesforce DevOps pipelines.
• Proficiency with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and data migration tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
