Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to perform functional and automation testing across Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud. You will develop automation scripts and validate components while coordinating with Dev/BA teams to ensure quality delivery.

Experience in API testing, CI/CD, and SOQL/SOSL is required, with strong knowledge of test management tools. This full-time role is based in Canada with standard benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Salesforce CRM testing experience across Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium, Playwright, Provar.
• Proficiency in Java and OOP fundamentals.
• Experience in API testing, CI/CD (Jenkins) and Git.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate Salesforce components: Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Groups, Triggers, Batch processes.
• Execute manual and automation testing for Force.com applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium / Playwright / Provar.
• Perform API testing using Postman / Rest Assured.
• Manage test cases, test data, and execution metrics using JIRA / qTest / ALM.
• Build scalable automation frameworks across UI and API layers.
• Collaborate with Dev/BA teams to ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce CRM testing (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud)
• Hands-on with automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Provar
• Proficiency in Java + OOP concepts
• Experience in API testing, CI/CD (Jenkins), and Git
• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and test management tools

Good to Have

• BFSI domain experience (Royal Bank of Canada context preferred)
• Exposure to GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) for QE
• Performance testing / service virtualization exposure

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
