Job summary

Docebo Inc. is seeking a Product Owner with strong Salesforce expertise to guide backlog and priorities for our Salesforce platform.

You will work with senior architects and admins, translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring alignment with Revenue Operations and Finance. You will drive governance, implement efficient intake, and champion AI-driven improvements to CRM and related workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Senior Admin, or Business Analyst with hands-on platform expertise.
• Ability to define intake, backlogs, and priorities with business stakeholders.
• Strong governance, SOX controls, and UAT discipline.
• Experience partnering with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog and priorities for the Salesforce program.
• Define intake processes and ensure the team works on high-value problems.
• Collaborate with architects and admins to guide design and delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and constraints.
• Champion AI-driven process improvements within CRM workflows.
