Job description

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing group has an opening forSalesforce Product Ownerto work within and across teams to create, maintain, and continuously prioritize product releases for Salesforce projects (for our client, a large Financial Institution.

Position: 6 month contractwith opportunity toconvert and extensions

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week) Toronto, Downtown Core

What Youll Be Doing

As an integral part of the ECRM Product, Adoption & Enablement team, you will report to the Director of Frontline Adoption and Enablement. Your primary responsibility will be to support and lead the delivery of enhancements to our Salesforce platform, with a specific focus on our MarTech solutions. You should have firsthand experience working on the frontline and prioritize end users in all your actions. You will represent the voice of the frontline user throughout the delivery lifecycle, monitor and drive the adoption of new initiatives, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and platform enhancements. This role is highly collaborative, offering exposure across the platform and various lines of business.

Must haves:

· Salesforce Knowledge & Expertise

· Product Management /Project Management practical experience, communications, adoption

· **Business Banking / Commercial Banking - Familiarity with business checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, business loans, lines of credit, credit cards, treasury and payment services, and advisory services

· Business Analyst background

· Strong communication skills and experience working with large, cross-functional teams to promote adoption

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

· Contractor with option to extend or convert to full time in the future

Nice to have:

· Any knowledge in AI– Strong nice to have

· Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or any AI projects within Salesforce

· Contact center experience preferred

· Banking / Financial Institution background (highly preferred)

· Open to Convert FTE - consultant with option to extend or convert to full time in the future

Product Delivery: Take ownership of your work and strive to deliver the best digital experience for end users. Be proficient in agile methodology and experienced in delivering within complex organizations where multiple partners work towards a common goal. Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering new and enhanced user experiences.

Salesforce Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce (Salesforce Financial Cloud, Data Cloud, SFMC, etc.) and its capabilities. Have experience using the platform as a user or in a support role (product delivery).

Strategic Thinking: Take a holistic view of your work. Drive and execute projects and initiatives that align with the Canadian Banking Strategy across all lines of business, user groups, and channels. Ensure alignment with business goals, objectives, and KPIs. Provide insights, recommendations, and strategic direction based on Salesforce capabilities and business needs.

Business Acumen and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with various teams by collaborating with business and internal partners. Own end-to-end programs to deliver new and enhanced capabilities, with a strong understanding of user needs and experiences across channels.

Communication: Be a storyteller with the ability to synthesize complex analysis, findings, and recommendations. Package key messages for senior executives. Demonstrate a proven ability to partner, build confidence, and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization. Be a self-starter, capable of dealing with ambiguity and developing processes and governance from the ground up.
