We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner - Remote Canada position

OurSalesforce Product Ownersare fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Product Managers will provide our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

Day to Day / Job Function
Working closely with our business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level.
Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.

Attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.

Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.

Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.

Participating in roadmap planning and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary.
As required, participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications
6+ Years of experience in enterprise software as an analyst or product owner.

Led at least 3 Salesforce implementations.

Salesforce Understanding & Salesforce experience is required.
Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.

Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion
Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline
Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem

Certifications.

Salesforce Administrator certification.

Certified Product Owner OR Salesforce Business Analyst
