Colonial Group seeks a Manager, Salesforce to own the Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap, aligning capabilities with lending/business priorities, and to lead a team delivering high‑impact enhancements that improve the end‑to‑end lending experience for employees and members.

You will collaborate across teams, translate priorities into scalable solutions, and drive governance, risk management, and platform performance. Strong leadership and stakeholder influence are essential.
