Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing campaigns including creating effective content, designing, and optimizing SFMC templates, journeys, campaigns, with Salesforce Service Cloud integration.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve results and drive growth.
  • Leverage data and marketing technology, analyze performance, and uncover insights to enable, orchestrate, and optimize omni-channel customer interactions and business growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels and drive customer loyalty and growth.
  • Collaborate with team members across the business including Analytics, Pricing, IT, and Customer Service to execute marketing campaigns and analyze results.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and testing to gain insights, understand customer behaviour and shape marketing strategy.
  • Stay abreast of strategic marketing trends and leverage data to inform strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide insight and marketing expertise for department planning, roadmap development and executive reporting.

Qualifications

  • A university degree, MBA preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience and at least 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integration an asset.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, visual).
  • Highly collaborative team player with a learning and growth mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Embrace evolving technology, seek out innovative solutions and adapt to new tools and trends.
