Job summary

Cognizant in Toronto is seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, driving the successful delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions in a regulated enterprise environment.

You will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into epics and user stories, design strategic solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and support integration and governance while guiding backlog prioritization and change-management

Qualifications

5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Lead in regulated environments.
Deep banking workflows, compliance and data governance.
Experience delivering Salesforce at scale with Financial Services Cloud.
Proficient with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams to define functional requirements.
Lead discovery sessions and translate needs into epics and user stories.
Design solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and demo concepts.
Assess dependencies with legacy systems and data warehouses.
Guide backlog prioritization and define KPIs and acceptance criteria.
