Role Overview

As a Consultant focused on digital experience, you will develop engaging user experiences and deliver business value through solutions for support sites, partner portals, and conversational interfaces. You will collaborate with our AI team to innovate and implement solutions that delight customers and drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build solutions following industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
  2. Gather requirements, translate them into business solutions, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
  3. Leverage Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud.
  4. Contribute to detailed design specifications and stay updated on new Salesforce capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of industry experience.
  2. Experience in customer-facing technical consulting or business process mapping.
  3. Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities across clouds.
  4. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  5. Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms like Agentforce or Einstein Service Intelligence.
  6. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with design artifacts like mockups and prototypes.
  2. GenAI prompt writing skills.
  3. Proficiency with flow charting tools and technical documentation.
  4. Experience leading demos, workshops, or user trainings.
  5. Ability to articulate business value through storytelling.
  6. Contribute to long-term solution strategies and digital transformation.
Interview Process
