As a Consultant in digital experience, you will craft engaging interactive experiences and deliver business value to clients. You will work with our talented AI team to delight customers, focusing on solution design and implementation for technologies like support sites, partner portals, and conversational interfaces.

You will have the opportunity to:

1. Build solutions following industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
2. Drive requirement gathering and translate needs into business solutions
3. Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions impacting client operations and customer service
4. Leverage Salesforce products such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud
5. Contribute to detailed design specifications
6. Stay updated on new Salesforce products and capabilities

Required Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of industry experience
2. Experience in customer-facing technical consulting or business process mapping
3. Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities across clouds
4. Requirement gathering, process documentation, and translating needs into solutions
5. Implementing scalable solutions with point-and-click tools
6. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
7. Hands-on experience with platforms like Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud
8. Ability to work in cross-functional teams creating rich end-user experiences
9. Willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working with designers using sitemaps, mockups, and prototypes
2. Experience with GenAI prompt writing
3. Comfort with flow charting tools, user stories, and technical design documents
4. Experience leading demos, workshops, or training sessions
5. Ability to connect outcomes to business value through storytelling
6. Contributing to solution roadmaps and digital strategies
