As a Consultant in digital experience, you will build interactive solutions for users and deliver business value. Your work will involve solution design and execution for support sites, portals, and conversational interfaces.

You will:

• Build solutions following industry best practices and serve as a trusted advisor
• Gather requirements and translate them into business solutions
• Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions impacting client operations
• Leverage Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud
• Contribute to detailed design specifications
• Stay updated on Salesforce product capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industry experience
• Experience in customer-facing technical consulting or business process mapping
• Deep understanding of Salesforce features across clouds
• Requirement gathering and solution translation skills
• Experience implementing Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and learn new technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design artifacts and prompt writing for GenAI
• Proficiency with flow charting tools and technical documentation
• Leadership in demos, workshops, and trainings
• Storytelling skills to demonstrate business value
• Contributing to long-term strategies and digital transformation
