Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. in Toronto is seeking an experienced Salesforce data engineer to design and deliver data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) and Customer 360.

You will design data models, build pipelines, and ensure data quality to support marketing and analytics initiatives. As part of a collaborative team, you will optimize data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation, while integrating with enterprise systems through APIs and ETL tools.

Qualifications

• Good years of Salesforce experience with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) implementation and development.
• Design, develop, and maintain customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and related Salesforce platforms.
• Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications, CRM systems, and external data sources using APIs and ETL tools.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric data solutions.
• Support data governance, security, performance optimization, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
