Job summary

Infoya in Toronto is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple lines of business. You will oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations and guide design, architecture governance, and roadmaps.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, hands-on Service Cloud Voice, and leadership across onshore and offshore teams. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to ensure secure, high-performance deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including at least 10 years in Salesforce.
• 4-5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform security.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins/Bitbucket.
• Strong leadership and mentoring across onshore/offshore teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

About the Job: We are seeking a Salesforce Architect whois responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable and sustainableSalesforce solutions across our various lines of business. Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design ofscalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across Salesforce platforms.
  
• Define enterprise Salesforce strategies, datamodels, sharing and security frameworks, governance standards, and integrationpatterns.
  
• Address data privacy, performance, and largedata volume considerations in solution designs.
  
• Facilitate technical design sessions and createhigh-level and low-level solution documentation, including system landscapediagrams.
  
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, andintegration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and telephony solutions.
  
• Design and implement AI-powered agentcapabilities, including agent assistance, interaction summarization, knowledgerecommendations, and productivity tools.
  
• Provide architectural guidance for MarketingCloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization touchpoints to support integratedcustomer engagement journeys.
  
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Apex,Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and system integrations.
  
• Mentor and provide technical oversight toonshore and offshore Salesforce developers and administrators.
  
• Establish development standards and conductdesign and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Drive release management, CI/CD, and SalesforceDevOps practices using package-based deployments, Metadata API, Git, Jenkins,Bitbucket, or similar tools.
  
• Investigate complex production issues, conductroot-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
  
• Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans,improve test coverage, and support test automation.
  
• Work effectively within Agile delivery models,including Scrum and Kanban, while collaborating with cross-functional business,product, engineering, and operations teams.
  

Requirements

• Strong technical leadership, influencing, andmentoring capabilities, including experience managing onshore and offshoreteams.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication,and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively withtechnical teams and executive business stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Application Architect and/or SystemArchitect certification.
  
• Experience with Salesforce AI products andcapabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and generative AI solutions.
  

Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000 CAD/ year
