Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead in Montreal to architect and deliver large-scale Salesforce solutions for diverse clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, design data architectures, and ensure deployments meet business needs and security standards.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery, fluent communication, and the ability to engage with developers, architects, and business leadership on high-value engagements in Quebec.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification preferred, or excellent knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices.
• Ability to lead complex configurations involving requirements analysis, data architecture, access management and deployments.
• Proficiency in native Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder and Validation Rules.
• Proficiency in development technologies and environments, including Apex, LWC and SOQL.
• Strong command of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader and Salesforce CLI.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Natural leadership ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with developers, architects and business leadership.
• Availability for high-value client engagements.
• Only candidates located in Quebec will be considered.
