Qualifications

• Hands-on with Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution.
• Experience building data ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines using APIs and MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and manage Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, and Identity Resolution processes.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and integrations using APIs and MuleSoft connectivity.
• Design data transformations, calculated insights, data graphs, audience segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
• Support Data Cloud administration, deployment activities, environment management, governance, and integration with Customer 360 capabilities.
