Job summary

Medcan is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a growing Technology Services team in downtown Toronto. You will design and build enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health and Experience Clouds, driving 1:1 CRM experiences for clients and staff.

Work includes integrating with downstream systems, leading SDLC tasks, and delivering scalable, well-documented code. This is a full-time hybrid role with two days in-office, offering a path to impact health and wellbeing outcomes.

Qualifications

• SFDC Platform Developer I certification (minimum).
• 7+ years as a Salesforce Developer with Sales/Service/Health/Experience Cloud.
• Strong SDLC development skills with Agile experience.
• Knowledge of Web Services, REST, XML.
• Apex, Visualforce, web services, Lightning, Aura/LWC.
• Experience with DevOps tools (DX, Git, Bitbucket, VsCode).
• Experience delivering complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Team player with strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health and Experience Clouds.
• Develop automation for CRM, IT and customer support processes.
• Collaborate in storyboarding and design sessions; provide sizing estimates.
• Participate in end-to-end SDLC from design to deployment.
• Build interfaces between Salesforce and other apps; maintain and support existing apps.
• Contribute to release planning and estimation.
