We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with proven experience in configuration, customization, and solution delivery across the Salesforce platform. The right candidate will bring a combination of technical experience including hands-on Apex development, Flow automation, and debugging skills, a consultative mindset to help design, implement, and optimize business solutions tailored to stakeholder needs, and a “can do” attitude.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. This is an important customer facing role and requires self-starting individuals that excel in a fast-paced environment. We're especially interested in individuals with experience working in consulting environments or who have worked across multiple Salesforce orgs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a proactive problem solver in client-facing scenarios — identifying issues, proposing solutions, and independently driving resolution to ensure project momentum and client satisfaction, even in ambiguous or evolving requirements.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools as well as custom and Apex development, aligned to business goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to read, interpret, and write Apex classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs, applying knowledge of Salesforce development patterns to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Salesforce configuration, automation, and code, using tools like debug logs, Flow error analysis, and system logging to support high-quality delivery and maintenance.
- Work across Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and/or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Configure Salesforce objects and metadata: relationships, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and permissions.
- Create and optimize complex Flows, with attention to performance and maintainability.
- Implement robust access controls using role hierarchies, sharing rules, and org-wide defaults.
- Lead or contribute to the design of Lead-to-Order processes, including opportunity, quoting, and order automation.
- Build user-friendly interfaces through Lightning pages, dynamic forms, screen flows, and advise on the appropriate use of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Coordinate deployments using change sets and DevOps tools, maintaining release integrity across sandboxes.
- Manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project timelines.
- Support multiple customers at the same time moving seamlessly from customer to customer
- Ensure platform performance by working within Salesforce governor limits and designing scalable solutions.
- Maintain clear, thorough technical documentation, including specifications and process flows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and solution design.
- Prior experience in a consulting, client-facing, or multi-org environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and delivering user-centric solutions in Lightning.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to work independently and in team settings with colleagues and clients.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project needs.
