Job summary

Avanciers Incorporated is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (Financial Services Cloud) for a contract role in Montreal. The hybrid position requires 2 days per week onsite, with a 12+ month duration. You will serve as the core Salesforce authority within the wealth-management delivery squad, leading scoping, user stories, UAT, and governance interactions.

Main focus is FSC data model mastery and executive stakeholder engagement, with fluency in French and a French resume required.

Qualifications

• Fluent French is required.
• French resume required.
• Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in Financial Services Cloud.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and write user stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Functional Squad Anchor: Serve as the core functional Salesforce authority within a delivery squad dedicated to wealth management advisor CRM systems.
• Full-Cycle BA Execution: Lead scoping and discovery workshops, author traceable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, model business and advisor journeys, and coordinate UAT through deployment.
• FSC Domain & Data Model Mastery: Deep working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud data structures
• Governance & Executive Stakeholder Presence: Confidently interact with executive stakeholders and governance committees to facilitate alignment and actively unblock complex CRM integrations.
• Requiring fluent French and a French resume.
