What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain Salesforce, CPQ, integrations, and managed packages such as Lean Data and DocuSign
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues
- Manage deployments of changes to the production environment of Salesforce
- Collaborate with Architecture, Operations, and Data teams on projects and new application implementations
- Help create end-user enablement documentation and facilitate UAT sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or 3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
- Experience with Salesforce administration is preferred
- Understanding of Agile methodology for project management
