Job description

As part of the Enterprise Systems team, you’ll manage Salesforce platform operations, drive adoption, and translate business needs into workflows and insights. This role suits someone excited by Salesforce's potential to improve operations, automate processes, and enable smarter decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  1. Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and administration.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Salesforce accordingly.
  4. Configure and maintain platform features: user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules.
  5. Create reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
  6. Support data quality through imports, exports, de-duplication, and cleansing using tools like Data Loader or Workbench.
  7. Identify and resolve performance issues; recommend improvements.
  8. Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement new features.
  9. Provide user training and create documentation for onboarding and best practices.
  10. Partner with developers and vendors for complex customizations and integrations.
  11. Maintain process documentation, ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness.
  12. Estimate tasks and develop work breakdown structures.
  13. Keep up-to-date with Salesforce capabilities and recommend enhancements.
  14. Exposure to Salesforce integrations with platforms like NetSuite, MuleSoft, or middleware tools.
  15. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other agile project management tools.
  16. Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  2. Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and UI components.
  3. Proficiency in configuration, automation, reporting, and permission sets.
  4. Support experience with cross-functional teams.
  5. Familiarity with data management tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
  6. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and process improvement passion.
  7. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Proactive, solution-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  9. Native or C1 English proficiency.
  10. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
  11. Additional certifications are a plus.
