Location : Remote in Canada

Reporting to : Director, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce, CPQ, integrations, and managed packages like Lean Data and DocuSign.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues reported by users.
• Manage deployments to the Salesforce production environment.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement necessary changes.
• Identify and flag data errors with relevant teams.
• Create UAT test cases, facilitate sessions, and document feedback.
• Collaborate on projects with Architecture, Operations, and Data teams.
• Work with third-party vendors on system customization, testing, and QA.
• Review APEX and Flow errors and coordinate their resolution.
• Recommend new approaches to improve processes.
• Follow Agile methodology for project management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree.
• 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in Salesforce administration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, Dataloader, Workbench, and APEX.
• Experience with lead management systems.
• User-centric approach to system changes.
