Job summary

The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a Salesforce Administrator on a 10-month fixed-term contract to maintain and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with CRM product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure security, data quality, and efficient system performance across the organization.

You will manage releases, user access, and system settings while supporting end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with NPSP, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with third party solutions, such as customizable form building tools, data deduplication tools.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as SaaS platforms management, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SSL is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and maintain the Salesforce platform with business resources.
• Manage user access, profiles, and permissions, ensuring security protocols.
• Configure system settings including email deliverability, storage, and user sessions.
• Maintain data quality and integrity with deduplication and validation rules.
• Coordinate Salesforce releases and maintenance updates across CRM platforms.
• Develop maintenance plans and apply updates/patches as needed.
• Provide ongoing technical support and handle tickets per SLAs.
• Act as liaison between users, ServiceDesk and development teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation on system configuration.
• Promote process improvements through KPIs and SLAs.
