Job summary

Red Bull Canada is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for colleagues during vacation, sick leave or special projects. You will work with management to maintain relationships with customers across all large and small format “off premise” stores, ensuring the Red Bull brand is well represented and rotated for freshness.

You’ll train with senior Account Sales Managers, cover routes when needed, monitor competitors, and strive to meet monthly KPIs focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Forklift and commercial vehicle operations are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to grow sales.
• Protect brand through proper rotation and ensure product freshness.
• Train with senior Account Sales Managers on routes and cover routes as needed.
• Meet monthly KPIs in sales, distribution, pricing, display and merchandising.
