Job summary

Red Bull Canada is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for colleagues on vacation or special projects. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores, delivering service to Red Bull executional standards.

The role emphasizes learning from senior Account Sales Managers, covering routes as needed, and contributing to KPI-driven growth in distribution, pricing, and displays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Outstanding relationship building and people skills.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.
• Train with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes.
• Cover Account Sales Managers’ routes when needed.
• Evaluate competitors’ activities and communicate with District Sales Manager.
• Meet monthly KPI‘s focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new accounts.
