The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,400 to $96,390. The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.

Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Consultant to support our Pacific Zone department. This full-time role reports to the Manager, Vehicle Sales. The successful candidate will coordinate sales management functions, monitor inventory levels, provide data and reporting, advise on actions to maximize sales, manage communications, support internal groups, and liaise with Area Sales Managers to maintain accurate dealer performance data.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities and risks
• Respond to inquiries about supply chain, ETAs, vehicle holds, and trade history
• Coordinate the allocation of specialty products to dealers monthly

Reporting

• Use SAP BI to generate data reports for stakeholders
• Prepare monthly sales reports for dealers and internal departments
• Maintain and improve reporting tools using KPIs, Power BI, and Excel
• Assist in the creation of Dealer Reviews and sales targets

Communications

• Coordinate events and meetings with dealers and within the department
• Create and deliver presentations for dealers
• Manage virtual communication accounts and relay programming information

Marketing and Competitive Analysis

• Monitor competitor activities and sales data
• Prepare vehicle payment comparisons for conquest initiatives
• Support marketing analytics and presentations for dealer campaigns

Other Responsibilities

• Serve as Zone contact for Fleet processing
• Provide coverage for ASMs during absences

Qualifications

• University degree or College diploma in business or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in distribution and product planning preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
• Innovative problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel, intermediate PowerPoint, some SAP BI experience
• Ability to improve work processes for efficiency
