Job summary

G-III Retail Group’s Karl Lagerfeld Paris brand seeks a Sales Supervisor to step into store leadership. You will collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business, motivate the team, and model exceptional customer service while developing the skills to supervise the store.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in specialty apparel retail management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of successful retail experience with a High School diploma (post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a client book/network.
• Excellent interpersonal communication for sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others in a store setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• One year of specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure others follow suit; maximize profitability and maintain merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment; keep associates focused on store and individual goals; recognize successes.
• Process customer transactions and register duties in line with cash handling policies.

The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

Qualifications

• One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Responsibilities
