Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris in Calgary is seeking a Sales Associate for a Seasonal Part-Time role to deliver an elevated shopping experience, understand customer needs, and offer styling recommendations while maintaining brand visuals.

You will meet personal sales goals and support the store's sales targets, while maintaining cash handling accuracy and delivering excellent service to every customer on the floor.

Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

As a Sales Associate, you will help create an elevated and welcoming shopping experience by understanding each customer's needs, offering thoughtful product and styling recommendations, and building genuine connections.
