We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets, and support the professional growth of sales staff. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Customer service and sales: Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs as determined by the Store Manager.
  • Connect with customers and drive sales by providing excellent customer service according to company standards.
  • Embrace a customer-first culture and utilize product knowledge to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Lacoste products, including sizing, content, and features, and communicate this effectively to customers.
Operations
  • Supervise, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
  • Analyze sales results and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes.
  • Manage and resolve team or sales-related conflicts efficiently.
