Job summary

TERRE ANIMALE in Gatineau is seeking a retail supervisor to lead daily store operations, manage a small team of 3-4 workers, and maintain excellent customer service. You will organize floor coverage, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.

You will assign duties, order merchandise, authorize returns, and resolve customer requests or complaints while ensuring smooth point-of-sale processes and accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in retail supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent.
On-site role with no remote work.

Responsibilities

Assign duties to 3-4 staff and supervise daily operations.
