La Vie en Rose is seeking a friendly, results-driven sales associate to join our team in Saint-Constant. In this full-time role you’ll greet customers, help them find lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear, and provide exceptional service to maximize sales.

You’ll work with a dynamic, family-owned company committed to community, with perks like 50% product discounts, flexible hours and opportunities for advancement. Prior sales experience and a customer-focused mindset are key.

Formación

• Previous sales experience with a focus on customer service.
• Functional bilingualism is an asset.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Interest in fashion such as lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs to maximize sales.
• Explain products, features and materials and suggest additional items.
• Be available in fitting rooms to assist customers.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Prepare and display products to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized back areas.
• Assist at the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and adapt to needs.
