The Impact You’ll Make: As the Director of Sales Strategy, you will deepen client partnerships by understanding their needs and building data-driven frameworks for account teams to use our capabilities for maximum success. You will lead a team in creating client segmentations, designing scalable solutions, establishing best practices, and communicating learnings back to the market.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic leadership on recommended strategies and solutions for client account planning and business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs across segments to create targeted solution strategies.
  • Equip account teams with insights on product use and best practices.
  • Conduct research to generate insights supporting strategic partnerships and market leadership.
  • Create compelling narratives from campaign successes.
  • Establish feedback loops with product teams to improve client engagement and campaign performance.
  • Educate internal teams on developing solutions and go-to-market strategies.

  • Data-driven strategic thinker with 10+ years in sales strategy, media/advertising, analytics, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Business, or related; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong background in advertising measurement and scalable solutions for diverse segments.
  • Proven leadership in campaign planning and media strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of delivering measurable stakeholder value through innovative strategies.
  • A creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges.
