Our team handles a variety of projects, including developing strategic plans, optimizing business models, conducting market studies, and validating new products.

We are seeking a Business Strategy Director to lead strategic planning, export strategy, value proposition definition, and positioning projects to help our clients achieve their strategic goals and maximize their commercial success.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from developing methodologies to final delivery;
  2. Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project;
  3. Conducting strategic analyses based on data from various expertise areas to derive actionable insights and develop relevant recommendations;
  4. Ensuring effective project management by overseeing deadlines, budgets, and objectives;
  5. Mentoring project team members to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with Habo’s standards;
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies and tools;
  7. Driving business development through meetings, proposal management, and tailored approaches for clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A Master’s degree or MBA;
  2. Over 8 years of experience in strategy, preferably in consulting, agencies, or advisory services;
  3. A strong understanding of business strategy, marketing, and finance;
  4. Leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, and active listening;
  5. Excellent organizational and communication skills in English (French understanding is a strong asset).
