Job description

Make phone calls and visits to contact businesses or individuals.

Explain products or services, prices, and answer questions from customers to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.

Prepare quotations for potential customers and follow up on the quotations. Obtain potential customers or marketing-related information such as company name, purchasing manager’s name, company address, email, and websites.

Forward samples by entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers.

Update product-related knowledge by self-learning as soon as possible.

Prepare order forms and emails, notify the manager, make sales, and report job logs weekly.
