Our client is a Canadian leader in security and safety solutions, operating the country’s largest privately-owned monitoring station. We protect what matters most to families and businesses across Canada. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles to join our sales team in Toronto.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with new clients and introduce them to our safety and security solutions
  • Build long-term relationships and provide exceptional service and support
  • Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Guide clients through the process, from first meeting to installation
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals — and get rewarded for it
What You Bring
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
  • Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people
  • Self-starter attitude with a desire to grow and take initiative
  • A team player who’s comfortable learning new skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the GTA
  • Able to pass a background check
